COMMUNICATING WITH CONFIDENCE

Having relatable presentation skills and being an effective public speaker can build your career and grow your business, whilst making what you do more meaningful.

  • Imagine it’s a conversation and not just a monologue

  • Have a good introduction to draw your audience in and create a memorable ending to leave them wanting more

  • A basic structure will give you room to improvise – but avoid a script! Put your heart into it, don’t rush it... all in good time

How do I do this?

I can help you find your voice and feel more confident with human-to-human communication, in the public arena, in front of the microphone, on camera, during interviews and even whilst dealing with challenging mainstream media attention.

I can work with you (1:1 or in a group workshop setting) to develop your presentation skills, teach you how to be more prepared and gauge what your key messages are.

If you’re getting ready to be interviewed, you will learn that the person holding the microphone or pointing the camera in your direction is not the one in control, you are. My job is to help you embrace that feeling.

I’ve known Antonia since her days as a BBC Radio presenter. She is a warm and sparkly individual with a bright mind and boundless energy. Alongside this however, she also offers the rigour and caution of a trained journalist. This combination of personality and ability is why I went to her to learn key communication and presentation skills. Antonia gave me the confidence to present on camera which I am very grateful for. Thank you Antonia.
